Your website is important to you and it is also our lifeline! Its simple we look after you keep you happy you stay with us and recommend us to others. At MC Logic we do what we feel is right for our customers by letting them know that we can take care of all their web changes and updates leaving them with peace of mind and concentrating on what they know best running their business.

We know our customers sites and we know that their information is vital and that their site is their shop window. So we pride ourselves in offering a service where we can repair & update your site very quickly.

Web Site Maintenance Policy:

• We maintain a backup copy of your web site.
• Maintenance" is keeping your web site current. And not intended to be a redesign or revamp.
• Changes are completed within 24 hours of the time they are received, except weekends and holidays. Changes received after 3:00pm GMT may not be completed until the next business day unless agreed prior to this arrangement.
• It is the customer’s responsibility to review updates and to let us know of any changes that need to be made. Although we make every effort to assist our customers so if we see an error we will alter and make changes, we do not charge for changes that are our fault. However, if a change needs to be made due to customer error, the regular hourly update fees will be charged.
• We reserve the right to identify between "updates" and "new design". New design work is charged at our design rate.
• Any updates should be provided by email as where possible. And Attachments should have the extensions .txt or .doc (Word) format. Pictures must have the extensions .jpg or .gif. Changes can be sent by post or by fax. These will require retyping data or scanning photos and may cost more to complete the updates.
• If your web site is using 3rd party software bolt on etc…like affiliate tracking news feeds payment systems etc. We may have no control over what these 3rd party sites do so we cannot take any responsibility for any loss of information due to any actions of these sites. Updates to your site stemming from regulations of these 3rd party components will be charged at the usual hourly rate. (Example, A website may be connected to Netbanx.com If Netbanx.com requires changes in the code, this will be charged as normal maintenance fees.)
